RESERVATIONS
Please contact us to reserve your hire car using the information above. To reserve your hire car through Rentacar Milas we normally required your booking to be made one week in advance. Rates are valid for pre-booking and may vary depending on the pick up/drop off location (P.O.A.).

RENTAL TERMS

DRIVING LICENSE AND AGE
A Valid national or international driver's license is required, held for at least two years with a minimum of 2 years for any applicable group (A-E).

RENTAL PERIOD
During July, August and September the minimum rental period is 1 week. Any rental period less than 1 week will be charged at the weekly rate. From October to May the minimum rental period is 4 days.

TYPES OF RENTAL AND RATES
Unlimited Km. Daily rates apply. No additional charge per Km. Special rates and conditions apply for long term periods (minimum rental of 1 month). Rates are inclusive of oil, maintenance, third party insurance (up to legal limits), Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), Theft insurance , 24 hours Road Assistance, Local taxes, 18% V.A.T.

PAYMENT
Major credit cards Visa/Mastercard, cash are accepted for payment. important Note: Credit card payments will be in Turkish Lira at the selling currency exchange rate on the day the car is charged. Your bank may use the buying exchange rate when they convert it in to your own currency in your credit card statement. Thus, you may 2 to 5 % difference in the amount charged, on your credit card statement. Also some banks may charge a small fee for international transactions. For clients who want to avoid currency exchange rate differences, we suggest to pay cash or by using cards connected to a Turkish bank using Turkish Lira.

INSURANCE
Please note that there is a £200 excess with our insurance. Rates include Third Party Insurance (as per the set legal limits), Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), Theft Protection. It you wish to waiver the excess this can be added to the payment at a rate of £20 week. However, collision damage waiver is void if the driver is under the influence of alcohol, drugs, had exceeded the legal speed Limits, a traffic report is not obtained from the police, the damaged car and traffic report are not returned to the nearest Milas Car Rental office within in 48
hours. Insurance also does not cover the damages clue to the misuse of the car and damages caused by gross negligence. Exceptions to CDW insurance: Damage to car lock. loss or damage to keys, spare key and warning triangles, damage to the upholstery of the car, extreme dirtiness in the car, underside damage. damage due to negligence, fuel errors, damage to child seats and baby seats, a flat battery due to leaving on electrical devices.

If the car is stolen, and the car keys are not returned to nearest office, the customer may be responsible for paying rental fee up to the date the car is recovered (where applicable). There is a maximum limit of 30 days. If the car is not found at the end of this limit, the client does not pay any rental fee for any extra days from when CDW was purchased and from when the police were informed at the time of the theft.

Weekly Excess Waiver £20 per week

ADDITIONAL DRIVER
Additional drivers must register at the start date of the rental, otherwise the insurance is void. Fee for each additional driver is at £2.00 per day for from 1 to 7 days or £15.00 per week.

DELIVERY AND COLLECTION
There are no delivery and collection fees at the locations where Rentacar Milas offices operate during office working hours. We reserve the right to apply a fee of EU 0.25 per Km to the nearest Rentacar Milas office.

FUEL POLICY
Vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel, so clients are required to return the vehicle with a full tank of fuel. We reserve the right to charge at pump prices for any missing fuel.

DELAYED RETURN
For each hour the car is not returned we reserve the right to charge is a 1/3 off the daily rate. For delays of over 3 hours then it will be counted as an extra day.

TRAFFIC FINES
Any legal responsibilities resulting from any traffic violations incurred during the rental period must be paid by the hirer.

BORDER LIMITS
Our cars can not be taken outside of Turkey.

NOTES
Rentacar Milas acts as an independent car rental company and a broker for other independent car rental companies within its network. Rentacar Milas reserves the right to substitute the type of the car reserved to a similar car or higher group, due to circumstances beyond our control.
